Any orders that are made in error can be cancelled before the transaction is complete. If the transaction was completed and you wish to cancel your order. Please contact Dave's Smokeshack Foods imediately to stop the process and recieve an order refund. Dave's Smokeshack does not offer a refund unless the conditions so stated apply. You have recieved the wrong order, you wish to cancel before your order is shipped or your order was not recieved. If order is damaged in shipment, Dave's Smokeshack Foods will then replace the order and refund the order amount.
